Refund & Cancellation Policy

We always aim to make sure our customer love our products, but if you do need to return or cancel an order, we're happy to help. Just email us directly at paulo@cellreturn.asia and we'll take you through the process.

 

• If you have simply changed your mind after purchasing any of our products, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. No refund or cancellation will be granted soon as shipping has been initiated for a mere change of mind.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at paulo@cellreturn.asia with details of the product and the defect.

• If you wish to cancel your order, TRANSACTION FEE APPLIES with or without any valid cancellation or refund reasons.
