Warranty Policy

Following cases may be excluded from the warranty:

1. Failure or damage due to improper use.
2. Defects due to improper repair by arbitrarily altering or disassembling products.
3. Damage due to negligence during use after purchase or damage due to being dropped on the floor or damage which has been neglected.
4. Natural disasters, such as fire, earthquakes, and/or floods.
5. Defect caused by improper use.
